Craftmaster Chamberlain Professional garage door getting crossed signals.. HELP!?
Im having problems with my wireless keypad so we tried pushed the learn button to reset the code on the keypad,which worked for a few days just fine now on the garage door overhead the green light stays on and its picking up a signal possibly from the neighbors garage door as they have the same kind as we do. It is a 1994 model and now it wont shut because their garage door is open unless holding down the button on the wall mount and vice versa. Can anyone tell me will that green light ever go off so I can reset it so it works normal again? That green light is obviously picking up a signal so I cant reset it until it goes off. Any suggestions??? Thanks!
Please e-mail me the model #. It should begin with 41A………. The green light should not be on all the time. Is it steady or flickering? What happens when you unplug the power cord and plug it back in? Flickering usually means a Rf signal (transmitter) has been detected.
